Postdoctoral recruitment

Applicants for admission to postdoctoral positions should meet the following requirements: (1). Obtained a doctorate, excellent moral and academic performance, good health, generally should be 35 years of age and below, and not more than 3 years after obtaining a Ph.D. degree. (2). On-the-job personnel is required to engage in postdoctoral research full-time. (3). If you have passed the defense of the dissertation and the examination, and approval of the academic degree committee of your unit, but have not yet obtained the doctoral certificate, you may apply for entering the position, but you are required to submit the doctoral certificate to the school's doctoral administration office within half a year.

Salary and treatment

After leaving the station, as long as the relevant regulations of the school are met, there is a high probability of remaining as a teacher or being selected as a high-level talent of "Nanshan Scholars".

During the station, the school will provide an annual salary of 35w+, pay five insurance and one fund, and the research group will provide another 5000/ month living allowance, during the station, the maximum annual salary of 720,000!

Scientific research funds 200,000 (including Guangzhou scientific research start-up funds), after leaving the station, 300,000 Guangzhou relocation expenses (tax exempt, if the Guangzhou unit signed a work contract for more than 3 years).

If you apply for the postdoctoral fund, you can select the reserve talents of Guangzhou and enjoy the relocation fee of 1 million yuan, tax exemption.

Excellent students can be sent to foreign cooperative laboratories (Harvard University, Manchester University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, etc.) for joint training.

Research assistant recruitment

Bachelor's degree or above from a university or research institution at home or abroad, master's degree or above is preferred;

Excellent in character and learning, healthy in body and mind, love scientific research, have a strong sense of responsibility, subjective initiative and team spirit, have strong practical ability and executive ability, and are willing to engage in scientific research for a long time;

Strong English reading, writing and literature research skills;

Having published relevant academic papers is preferred (including papers under review).
