Project Name：Creation Beyond Touch: Organoid Drug Sensitivity-Guided Personalized Medicine Platform
Project Introduction：Our Organoid Drug Sensitivity Guided Personalized Medication Platform relies on volumetric bioprinting technology to fabricate centimeter-scale tumor organoids within seconds, with a cell viability of over 95%. Using self-developed, well-defined bioinks paired with organoid models embedded with nutrient channels, the platform addresses key pain points of conventional culture, including long incubation cycles, large batch-to-batch variation and high costs. We provide one-stop services covering organoid fabrication and drug sensitivity screening for hospitals, pharmaceutical enterprises and research institutions. Developed by an interdisciplinary student team from Guangzhou Medical University, this project has secured 9 patents and published 5 SCI papers. It helps reduce costs, improve efficiency and advance the accessible implementation of precision oncology.
