Dr. Maobin Xie is currently a full professor at the School of Biomedical engineering of Guangzhou Medical University. He received his PhD degree of Biomedical engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China. He is a visiting professor at Harvard Medical School, USA from 2019-2021, and Tsinghua University from 2026-till now. His research interesting includes bioprinting, biomaterials, tissue engineering. He has published over 60 academic papers including Science Translational Medicine, Nature Review Bioengineering, Nature Communications, Nature Protocols, Science Advances, Advanced Materials. He has commercialized the first green-light volumetric bioprinter in China.
